Lovin those 3 milers

So I've run 3 miles on so many of my training days now... I really should run a 5k race because I'm getting really used to that distance. I ran it yesterday in 24:46 (8:15). Feelin good!

  1. You should totally do a 5K for one of your training runs! Our training schedule actually recommends running a 5K and a 10K or half just to get you used to running in crowds, using the water stops, race day nerves, etc... Although you should do it just because you'd totally kick butt! :)
